Before enrolling in the AICamp Affiliate Program, it's important to take into account the following crucial points:

1. Prohibition of Self-Referrals:

You are not permitted to sign up for AICamp through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.

2. Prohibition of Confusing Paid Advertisements:

The use of paid advertisements that may confuse our customers is strictly prohibited.

3. Coupon Website Prohibition:

Affiliates may not partner with coupon, cashback, or bargain websites. Promotions using fictitious or exaggerated discounts or offers that don't exist are strictly prohibited.

4. No search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing.

Restriction on Domain and Brand Keyword Usage:
Using "AICamp" or misspelled variations in domain names or keywords in PPC campaigns is not allowed. You are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.

5. Prohibition of Deceptive Behavior:

Engaging in deceptive practices such as sharing fake discounts or attempting to manipulate the system will result in the termination of your account.

6. Strict Prohibition of Customer Deception:

Any form of misleading representations or false claims aimed at deceiving customers is strictly forbidden.

7. Right to Terminate for Violation of Terms:

If any terms in this Agreement are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account and withhold any owed or paid commissions.

8. Account Termination for Inactivity:

After 4 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to terminate your account. Any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be voided in this case.

9. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms. Terms and conditions expansion

The AICamp Affiliate Program ("Program") is provided by AICamp Inc. ("Company"), and by enrolling, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

Enrolment in the Program:

Affiliate Responsibilities:

As an affiliate, you commit to actively promoting and marketing AICamp by sharing your unique referral link or referral code. You must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in your promotional activities.

Commission Structure and Payment:

Details of commission rates can be found on your dashboard. The Company reserves the right to modify these rates and the payout schedule at any time.

Term and Termination:

These Terms will remain effective until terminated by either party. You have the option to terminate your participation at any time by providing us with written notice. In the event of a violation of these Terms or engagement in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your participation.

Intellectual Property:

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its logos, trademarks, and promotional materials specifically for promoting AICamp. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in AICamp and its associated materials belong to the Company.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company offers no warranty about the Program, and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

General Provisions:

We retain the right to amend these Terms at any time. You and the Company are considered separate entities operating as independent contractors.
