Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

2.5 Resource Misuse and Overuse

  • Use excessive bandwidth, storage, or compute capacity, beyond what is permitted under the terms of your agreement with AICamp.
  • Exploit the Services in any manner intended to circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or restrictions.

2.6 Spam and Misleading Communications

  • Send or facilitate the distribution of unsolicited mass emails, spam, chain letters, or other disruptive communications.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

2.7 Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

  • Engage in any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of AICamp or any third parties, including unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of copyrighted material or proprietary information.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with this AUP and applicable laws.
  • Promptly notifying AICamp of any known or suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Consequences of Violations

AICamp reserves the right to take appropriate actions if this AUP is violated, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing warnings or requests for compliance.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspending or terminating your access to the Services.
  • Pursuing legal action as necessary.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

5. Modifications to the AUP

AICamp may update or modify this AUP from time to time. Notice of any changes will be provided by updating the AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
