AICamp 2.0

We’re kicking off 2025 with major feature upgrades, designed to give you more control, flexibility, and smarter AI experiences. And we’re just getting started!

With this release, we’re making it easier than ever to become an AI-first leader, empower AI-driven employees, and build an AI-first business. 🚀

This update brings structural changes to how teams are organized, how AI models are shared, and how users interact with projects, prompts, and assistants. To make these changes easy to understand, we’ll walk you through a before-and-after comparison wherever needed.

Key Changes at a Glance

  • Teams are now Groups → More flexible resource allocation and permissions
  • Workspace Members & Groups → More control over access and sharing
  • Workspace & User Custom Instructions → AI responses are now more context-aware
  • Model Sharing → More precise access control for AI models
• Saved Chats → Project Folders → Better organization and sharing options
  • New Settings Panel → A more intuitive way to manage your workspace

Now, let’s dive into the details.

From Teams to Groups: A More Flexible Structure

Before:

Previously, every user was first a workspace member and then assigned to a team. Teams determined access to projects, models, and other resources.

Now:

We’ve moved from Teams to Groups to provide more flexibility in resource allocation.

  • You can now create Groups within the workspace and assign resources directly to them.
  • Users can belong to multiple Groups, enabling more dynamic collaboration across different projects.
  • More precise control over who gets access to projects, AI models, and assistants.

Example:

Imagine you’re running a company with multiple departments, each needing AI assistance tailored to their specific workflows. With AICamp 2.0, you can now assign AI Assistants, Projects, Prompts, and Models to the right people effortlessly.

  • HR Policy Assistant → Shared with all workspace members so everyone can access company policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Sales Assistant → Available only to the Sales Group, helping them with lead generation strategies, objection handling, and CRM updates.
  • Legal AI Model → Assigned exclusively to the Legal Group, ensuring that only authorized personnel handle compliance and contract-related AI queries.
  • Marketing Prompt Library → Shared only with the Marketing Group, giving them access to curated AI-generated campaign ideas, brand voice guidelines, and content frameworks.

With Groups and Individual Access, you get granular control over who can use which AI resource—making AI collaboration more efficient, secure, and relevant across your organization.

----------------

AI Model Sharing: More Control Over AI Access

Before:

  • AI models could only be assigned at the team level.
  • Everyone in a team had access to the same models, which limited flexibility.

Now:

Admins can now control model access at a more granular level.

  • Assign models to specific individuals or Groups based on role and need.
  • Maintain tight control over who can use premium AI models.
  • Create exclusive AI access for high-priority tasks.

Example:
Your Research Group can have access to o3 mini, while customer support teams use a different AI model that’s optimized for handling inquiries.

--------

Workspace & User Custom Instructions: Smarter AI, Better Responses

Before:

AI responses were generic and lacked company-specific or user-specific context. There was no way to guide AI responses based on your organization’s needs or your individual role.

Now:

Workspace Custom Instructions

Admins can now add Workspace Custom Instructions, helping AI better understand:
✔️ Your company’s industry, goals, and internal processes
✔️ Any specific language or tone preferred by your organization
✔️ Context for AI responses, ensuring they align with business needs

Example:
A financial services company can now set an instruction like:
"Our company provides B2B financial consulting. AI responses should focus on enterprise finance and avoid consumer finance-related topics."

Now, all AI responses across the organization will align with these business-specific insights.

Custom User Instructions

Every user has a unique role, and now you can personalize AI responses based on your expertise, job function, and preferences.

  • Users can describe themselves within AICamp, allowing AI to understand:
✔️ Their role (e.g., Software Engineer, Marketing Director)
✔️ Their areas of expertise (e.g., cybersecurity, SaaS marketing)
✔️ Their response preferences (e.g., "Explain in simple terms" or "Give highly technical responses")

Example:
A sales professional might set:
"I work in enterprise sales and focus on SaaS solutions. Give me sales strategies, pricing objections handling, and competitive comparisons."

Now, every AI response will be more aligned with their actual needs.

---------

Saved Chats → Project Folders: Better Organization & Sharing

Before:

  • Saved Chats were limited to Teams and couldn’t be flexibly shared.
  • Prompts and Assistants were also restricted within Teams.

Now:

  • Saved Chats are now Project Folders.
  • You can now share Prompts, Project Folders, and Assistants with individuals or Groups instead of being limited by Teams.
  • This allows for more structured collaboration across different teams and projects.

Example:
A product team can now share an AI assistant with only the sales and marketing teams, while keeping it hidden from the rest of the workspace.

---------

Resource Sharing at All Levels: More Power to Admins & Members

Before:

  • You could only share Projects, Assistants, and Prompt Libraries at the Team level.
  • There was no way to share resources directly with specific individuals or workspace-wide.

Now:

  • If you are an Organization Admin or Member, you can:
Create, share, and update Project Folders, Assistants, and Prompt Libraries
✅ Share them with Individuals, Groups, or at the Workspace level
✅ Maintain full control over access and editing rights

Example:
If a senior product designer needs access to an AI-powered design assistant but doesn’t belong to any specific Group, you can now share the assistant directly with them instead of assigning them to a larger team.

This update provides unmatched flexibility, ensuring that the right people have access to the right resources—without unnecessary restrictions.

-------

New Settings Panel: A More Intuitive Experience

We’ve introduced a brand-new Settings Panel that makes workspace and resource management easier than ever.

  • More clarity on roles, permissions, and sharing
  • Simplified UI for managing Groups, Members, and Model Access
  • Better customization for AI behavior at both workspace and user levels

Why These Changes Matter

More flexibility: Groups allow for more dynamic collaboration.
Better AI responses: Custom instructions make AI interactions smarter and more relevant.
Greater control: More precise access management for models, prompts, and projects.
Easier organization: Project Folders replace Saved Chats for better sharing.

These updates put more power in your hands, ensuring AICamp adapts to your company’s needs—not the other way around.
