I\u2019m excited to share our experience and learnings with you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b12ad8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b12ad8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>What is a Launch Week?<\/h2><p id=\"\">A launch week is a strategy for releasing features that helps create momentum around a product. You choose a week and release a new feature each day, building excitement and engagement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8778297 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8778297\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>The Backstory<\/h2><p id=\"\">On June 15th, my co-founder <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Nishchit14\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong id=\"\">Nishchit<\/strong><\/a> and I were sitting in a caf\u00e9, brainstorming ways to release features differently. Nishchit suggested doing a launch week. Initially, I was skeptical, thinking it was only for dev tool products (we had experience with this from building <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/firecamp-dev\/firecamp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong id=\"\">Firecamp<\/strong><\/a>, an open-source Postman alternative).<\/p><p id=\"\">Nishchit persisted, saying, \u201cJust because no one else is doing it doesn\u2019t mean we can\u2019t.\u201d We agreed to give it a shot, though I secretly thought it would be too much work.<\/p><p id=\"\">Then Nishchit proposed live launches. When I asked who would host or manage the live sessions, he mentioned his friend <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GrafixJoker\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong id=\"\">Joe<\/strong><\/a>, a community builder with a decade of experience in webinars and live sessions. Here are some key lessons we learned:<\/p><ol id=\"\"><li id=\"\"><strong id=\"\">Tool Verification<\/strong>: We lost our first day\u2019s recording due to Streamyard\u2019s free trial limitations.<\/li><li id=\"\"><strong id=\"\">Platform Requirements<\/strong>: We couldn\u2019t go live on YouTube on day one due to the 24-hour verification process. So if you want to go for youtube live, you\u2019ll have to be verified before 24 hours.<\/li><li id=\"\"><strong id=\"\">Feature Readiness<\/strong>: Some features were only 90-95% complete as we were incorporating last-minute customer feedback.<\/li><li id=\"\"><strong id=\"\">Planning Timeline<\/strong>: We should have started preparations at least 15 days in advance for better promotion.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5df946e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5df946e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id=\"\">Results and Wins<\/h2><p id=\"\">Despite the challenges, our launch week yielded impressive results:<\/p><p id=\"\">1.
